How this is calculated
The note names the parties, the deliverables, the fee, one round of changes unless you type another number, a usage line, an exclusivity line, a disclosure line, and a cancellation line. Blank usage and exclusivity stay as the cautious defaults: organic repost only, and no exclusivity.
It does not choose a governing law, transfer copyright, or handle tax. Those belong in a review by someone who can advise the brand and the creator.
